The technology & engineering stack behind every ARTEMIS number.

ARTEMIS runs design, estimating, engineering and field delivery on one live 5D model — geometry, engineering calculations, material specifications, RFIs, correspondence and labor productivity in a single synchronized system, orchestrated by OctopusG and verified against real standards. This page is the official record of that stack: what it is, how it is built, and the figures it is held to.

The Live 5D Engineering Platform

GEOMETRY · TIME · COST · DOCUMENTS · FIELD

A 5D model is only useful if every discipline reads the same object. In the ARTEMIS platform, a duct run is simultaneously a drawn element, a calculated load path, a weighed quantity, a priced line, a scheduled activity and a field instruction. Change the geometry and quantities, labor, duration, cost, schedule of values and cashflow recalculate in the same pass — there is no export, no re-keying, and no second version of the truth to reconcile later.

L1

Geometry & 3D ModelPARAMETRIC · THREE.JS

Parametric building geometry — duct, pipe and equipment as objects with properties, not lines on a sheet. Every element carries its system, zone, floor and specification reference from the moment it is drawn.
L2

Engineering CalculationsSIZING · LOADS · TYPESSET IN KATEX / LATEX

Duct and pipe sizing, airflow and pressure-drop checks, equipment loads and tonnage are computed from the geometry itself and typeset as auditable engineering mathematics — every result traceable to the formula and inputs that produced it.
L3

Quantities & Cost StructureQTO · L / M / C / S / E

Quantities are taken off the model, not measured by hand. Cost is built in the CMiC structure — Labor, Material, Construction, Subcontract, Equipment — so an estimate reads the same way in the model, the bid and the job cost ledger.
L4

Schedule & Labor Productivity4D · CREW LOADING

Hours are derived, not guessed: Hours = Quantity ÷ Productivity. Crew size and productivity rates drive duration, sequence and labor loading, so a productivity change shows up immediately as time and money — not as a surprise in the field.
L5

Specifications, RFIs & CorrespondenceDOCUMENTS ON THE OBJECT

Material specifications, submittals, RFIs and correspondence are attached to the model objects they concern. An open RFI is visible on the element it blocks; a spec section is one click from the material it governs. Nothing lives in a separate inbox.
L6

Commercial: SOV, EVM & Cashflow5D · PAYMENT · FORECAST

The schedule of values, earned value and cashflow curve are projections of the same model. Percent complete in the field moves EV, billing and forecast together — the commercial picture is the engineering picture, priced.

The Stack, Assembled — 3D Schematic

BRICK MODEL · ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

The same stack drawn the way it is built: interlocking blocks on one base plate, read top-down like an organizational chart. The engine models sit on top; every level beneath exists to route, direct, store, build or ship their work — and the whole assembly stands on the agoraxai.com foundation.

04

One Model, Every Phase — Working Simultaneously

PARALLEL BY DESIGN · NOT A HAND-OFF CHAIN

ARTEMIS does not pass work down a line. The live 5D model, the AI engines and skills, OctopusG and its agents, the stack and systems, and the teams in New York, Cyprus and the field all work the same job at the same time — read the stage below down any column and you see everyone acting in that phase together; read it across a lane and you see each actor's hand never leaving the model. The phases themselves overlap: procurement starts while estimating is still sharpening, and closeout lessons feed the next bid while construction is still running.

LANE 1 · THE SPINEThe Live 5D ModelOne object, never re-keyed — geometry, engineering, cost, schedule and field state in a single synchronized model.
IN ACQUISITION

Geometry becomes quantities — takeoff reads the 3D model and cost builds in L / M / C / S / E from the first hour.

IN PRE-CONSTRUCTION

The bid model becomes the job model: cost breakdown, SOV and schedule lock onto the very same objects.

IN CONSTRUCTION

Field actuals write back daily — installed quantities, hours and percent complete recompute cost and duration live.

IN CLOSEOUT

The as-built record: final quantities, costs and productivity, verified — the history the next bid starts from.

LANE 2 · INTELLIGENCEAI Engines & SkillsThe panel — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok — routed by 9Router, each task to the engine best suited to it.

Claude leads takeoff and estimate reasoning; DeepSeek stress-checks the cost build-up; Grok argues the no-go before the panel commits to a bid number.

LANE 3 · ORCHESTRATIONOctopusG & AgentsThe top agent orchestrator directs the panel and the record: Attention Engine, Decision Center, DEV builds / JEV verifies.

OctopusG opens the pursuit record the moment documents land; the Attention Engine flags deadlines and addenda; the Decision Center holds the go / no-go.

LANE 5 · PEOPLEThe TeamsNew York · Estimating & Design — Cyprus · Engineering — Field · Live Production. Three time zones, one model.

New York leads estimating and bid strategy; Cyprus checks engineering feasibility the same day — no overnight hand-off, the question is answered while the estimate is still open.

NEW YORK · ESTIMATINGCYPRUS · ENGINEERING

Cyprus details coordination and calculations; New York locks the commercial terms; the field validates means and methods against real site conditions before buyout.

CYPRUS · ENGINEERINGNEW YORK · DESIGNFIELD

The field runs live production against the model; Cyprus turns engineering answers around in hours; New York holds cost, schedule and the client — all reading the same numbers.

FIELD · LIVE PRODUCTIONCYPRUS · ENGINEERINGNEW YORK

The field proves the systems and burns the punch list to zero; all three teams sign the lessons review together — the people who estimated it, engineered it and built it, in one room.

FIELDNEW YORKCYPRUS
THE LOOP THAT ISN'T A LOOPCloseout lessons feed the next acquisition while construction is still running — because every lane never stopped working on the same live model, there is nothing to hand off and nothing to reconcile. The meeting starts at the decision, not at whose numbers are right.

Standards, Verification & the Two Powerhouses

EVIDENCE OVER OPINION

A model that cannot be checked against a standard is an opinion with good graphics. The ARTEMIS bridges read every design through published standards lenses — and the stack's own figures are held to the same discipline: reproduce the verified base case exactly, or declare the deviation.

Evidence states — how every figure earns its place

Following the OctopusG discipline, every fact the system presents carries its standing. A number marked Verified has been reproduced against its source; a number marked Declared is an intention or a statement, not a measurement. The distinction is never blurred — it is the difference between the five operating bases below and the 2027 sequence, and between a base case and a forecast.

One Stack, Five Bases

The stack is not a headquarters tool that offices log into — it is the same live environment in every base, which is what makes a Cyprus engineering team and a New York estimating team one team. Five bases operate on it today.

07

OctopusG — Top Agent Orchestrator

MUSE OCTOPUSG · AGORAXAI.COM

A stack of strong tools still needs a conductor. OctopusG is the top agent orchestrator of the ARTEMIS environment: it routes work across the AI model panel, holds the context every agent shares, and runs the Command → Universe → Attention → Decisions → Intelligence discipline — so AI output arrives as evidence and interpretation, never as unattributed authority, and every recommendation can be traced, challenged and verified.

S1AI Panel Orchestration — 9Router

Routes each task to the right model on the panel — Claude, Gemini Astra, DeepSeek, Copilot, open source — and reconciles their outputs against one shared context instead of letting five answers compete.

S2Context Engineering

Builds and maintains the structured context — models, documents, decisions, evidence — that every agent and every human on the team works from. Same inputs, same conclusions.

S3System Architecture

Owns the architecture of the whole environment: how the lanes connect, where data lives, and how a change in one system propagates safely to the rest.

S4Attention Engine

Deterministic and auditable by design: scans the universe of projects and surfaces what actually needs a human decision — ranked, evidenced, and quiet about the rest.

S5Decision Center

Every surfaced item carries an evidence state — Observed, Declared, Inferred, Verified, Blocked, Stale or Unknown — so executives decide on facts whose standing is explicit.

S6Coordination & Verification — DEV / JEV

Coordinates multi-agent work and verifies it before integration: figures must reproduce exactly or be declared as deviations. Nothing merges on trust.
